The Eastern Shore's Watersports Headquarters

SouthEast Expeditions at Onancock Wharf is housed inside the historic Steamboat Ticket Office (2 King Street). We are adjacent to Mallards deck overlooking historic Onancock Creek, a perfect spot for a meal or drink after paddling!

Explore the Shore with SouthEast Expeditions. Sea Kayak trips through our beautiful salt marshes and coastal creeks are available daily, as are kiteboarding classes, bike rentals, and guided nature walks. Trips, including trips with an historical aspect, are available for paddlers of all skill levels, and no experience is necessary. We have Bayside trips in and around Onancock, and Seaside trips in the area as well on Folly Creek and out of Wachapreague. And for an unforgettable true getaway, spend the night in the amazing sea & sky world of undeveloped barrier islands sharing beaches with only shorebirds. Your lodging is a rustic Watch House Retreat once used by watermen to protect their valuable oyster harvesting grounds.

Among our options:
-Full-day kayak trip from Gargathy Neck, out along Metompkin   Island. Depending on the tides, we can make a loop using Crippen Creek and Wire Passage
-Full-day kayak trip from Folly Creek out along Cedar Island.

We have several coming up, just
email us for dates!

Lunch included! $125 per person, fully-outfitted.
